GTask for Desktop is a real desktop application and not a website wrapper. It integrates seamlessly into your desktop as you would expect it. It provides a simple but very powerful user interface that allows you to work with your Google tasks as you never have before.
Predefined daily work lists
GTask for Desktop comes with predefined task lists to group your tasks based on its due date. This way you can easily see your 'tasks for today', 'tasks for tomorrow', 'tasks for next week ' and more, to help you organize your daily work.
Full text search over all you tasks
GTask for Desktop comes with a very powerful query engine that you can use to search all tasks in all lists. For instance, to find all tasks that have 'Sally' in its name and are not completed yet search for 'name:Sally & completed=no'.
Store searches as virtual tasks lists
Use a search query to find a list of tasks and then pick a name to store that query as a new list.
Use multiple Google accounts
You can manage the tasks of multiple different Google accounts with in one application.
Dark theme
You can easily switch between a light and a dark theme to match the setting of your desktop environment.
Print a single task or a complete list
You can print a complete task list or only a single one to paper or pdf.
Add attachments to your tasks
GTask for Desktop provides the option to add attachments to your tasks. The attachments are stored in your Google Drive folder.
Export your tasks
You can export your task lists into CSV files to be able to edit it in MS Excel.
